Marketing Supervisor

Marketing Supervisor will manage marketing campaigns for Sari Lotto and Sari Mall (Business Units), focusing on promotions, digital advertising, and brand growth.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for Sari Lotto and Sari Mall.

Manage promotions, digital ads, and social media to drive sales and agent sign ups.

Supervise production of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.

Coordinate with sales, operations, and external partners for campaign execution.

Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize marketing spend.

Lead and support the marketing team in delivering projects on time.

Maintain organized marketing files and databases.

Create pegs and content calendar, and manage marketing materials for print , digital, and social media.

Support communication efforts with partners, clients, and internal teams.

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling , documentation, and record keeping.

And other tasks that may be assigned by department head or superior.

Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

At least 3-5 years of marketing experience. Preferably in retail, e-commerce, or gaming / lottery industry.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)

Experience in campaign planning , promotions, and brand management.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Excellent communication, presentation , and people management skills.

Creative, resourceful , and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
