The Creative Design Director is a visionary and strategic leader responsible for overseeing the creative aspects of architectural design projects, managing design teams, collaborating with clients, and ensuring that project milestones are met with the highest standards of quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Team Management

• Direct and inspire a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and project coordinators to achieve creative and operational goals.
• Establish clear roles, objectives, and performance expectations for team members, fostering an environment of continuous professional growth.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, resolve issues, and strategize future design directions.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to help them develop their skills and align with the firm’s creative vision.
