We are looking for a skilled and proactive Major Incident Manager to lead our incident management processes and ensure swift resolution of critical incidents. β° Work Mode : Hybrid (3x a week onsite) & Early Day Shift (Start at 6 AM PH Time)

What You'll Do :
π― Lead the incident management process to restore service operations as quickly as possible.
π Coordinate with cross-functional teams during major incidents to facilitate timely resolution.
π€ Communicate incident status updates to stakeholders clearly and promptly.
π Analyze incidents post-resolution to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
π Develop and maintain incident management documentation and reports.
π οΈ Conduct regular training sessions for team members on incident response protocols.
βοΈ Continuously improve operational procedures based on feedback and performance metrics.
What Weβre Looking For :
β Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management or related field.
β Strong understanding of ITIL framework, particularly incident management principles.
β Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
β Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
β Proficiency in using incident management tools and software.
β Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
