Job descriptionReview and approve contractors’ quality plans and procedures. Monitor and audit contractors’ quality control activities. Participate in project meetings and conduct quality audits. Identify and address potential quality issues proactively. Ensure proper implementation of quality management systems. Promote a strong safety culture on site. Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and procedures in the Philippines. Investigate and report safety incidents. Maintain effective communication with the client and project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and quality. Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in QA / QC roles within wind energy or related industries in the Philippines. Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, components, and operations. Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, ANSI). Proficiency in using quality management systems and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Willingness to travel to project sites.
Senior Electrical Engineer – Samar Project

Key Responsibilities
Quality Control
- Conduct regular inspections of wind turbine components, electrical systems, and Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment.
- Verify compliance with project drawings, specifications, and relevant standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, ANSI).
- Monitor and document all inspection activities, including test results, non‑conformances, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports and quality control documentation.
