As we expand internationally, we are seeking a Sales Director who will join us at a co‑founder level , focused on driving revenue growth and establishing strong client partnerships.
Position Overview
This is a commission-based only leadership opportunity designed for a high-performing, entrepreneurial sales professional. The Sales Director will focus on acquiring new clients, managing full sales cycles, and establishing Korfshore’s presence across key global markets including the US, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, and the Middle East .
You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy, service development, and long-term growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new outsourcing clients across multiple industries.Present Korfshore’s value proposition clearly to CEOs, founders, COOs, CFOs, and operations leaders.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of global prospects.Develop account strategies and tailor proposals to client needs.Collaborate with founders to refine pricing, service offerings, and market positioning.Maintain CRM updates and reporting on sales progress.Contribute to developing the future sales team as the company scales.Represent Korfshore on virtual client meetings, networking events, or industry groups.Requirements
Must-Have
Proven experience in BPO / Outsourcing / Offshore Staffing sales.Strong track record of closing deals independently.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to nurture executive-level relationships.Experience selling to US / Canada / Australia / UK markets (highly preferred).Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with commission-only compensation.Highly self-driven, disciplined, and able to work autonomously.Based in the Philippines with the ability to work flexible hours when needed.Good to Have
Existing client networks in logistics, SaaS, eCommerce, tech, healthcare, or back-office verticals.Experience in solution-based selling (customized or multi-service offerings).Previous startup or co-founder experience.Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales automation.Compensation
