Analytics Engineer

Job Overview

The Analytics Engineer will help our organization build and maintain high-quality data models that will power customer-centric analytics, segmentation and personalization. You will partner with the Global-CX (GCX) data science and BI team, including BI analysts at HelloConnect, to transform raw data into reliable, well-documented, and reusable data assets that enable stakeholders to make better decisions and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Model and transform customer data to create clean, scalable datasets that support analytics, reporting, and machine learning use cases.

Assist in maintaining data pipelines that feed customer chatbots, predictive models, BI tools, and internal dashboards.

Partner with data engineers, BI analysts, and data scientists across the company to ensure reliable and timely delivery of customer data.

Provide timely resolution of bugs or data problems affecting the operation of the GCX data environment.

Contribute to the development and enforcement of data modeling standards and naming conventions.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing basic data validation and quality checks.

Create and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation on the teams data products.

Take ownership of several data products, ensuring they remain accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.

Skills and Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related quantitative field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics engineering, data analysis, data modeling or similar in a professional role.

Strong hands-on programming experience required in SQL.

Advanced knowledge of Python, automation and data integration required.

Used one or more modern cloud-based data warehouses e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, reliable, and documented data.

A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
