JOB REQUIREMENTS :

✨ Bachelor’s degree holder

✨ With experience from ships agency or relevant shipping experience

✨ Amenable to attend interviews

✨ Amenable to work onsite

✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨ Coordinate all Hub Agreement activities, ensuring the timely scheduling and management of appointments with designated agents.

✨ Monitor port call execution and collaborate proactively with agents and vendors to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

✨ Provide comprehensive ships agency support to customers, the Hub team, and Sales, including assistance with operational inquiries and DA-related follow-ups.

✨ Utilize customer insights to promote agency services, resolve operational issues, and assist Sales with Hub Agreement pricing initiatives.

✨ Maintain and update agency agreement data within internal IT systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

✨ Support Sales and Key Account Managers in achieving commercial objectives and fulfilling contractual commitments.

✨ Manage complaint follow-ups, non-compliance cases, and conduct investigations related to Final DA Settlements.

✨ Prepare and deliver regular reports on technical, service quality, and commercial performance for management review.
