Position Title : Salesforce Technical Architect

Location : Remote – LATAM or Philippines (Preferred)

Type : Full-Time Contract

Duration : 4–6 Months

Start Date : July 14, 2025

Timezone Requirement : Minimum 4-Hour Overlap with US Central Time

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. This individual will play a key role in guiding technical architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service implementations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, ensuring performance, scalability, and security

Lead technical planning, system design, data modeling, and integration strategies

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into technical designs

Guide development teams through best practices in Apex, Lightning Components, and API integrations

Oversee code reviews, environment management, and deployment pipelines

Provide technical leadership throughout the entire SDLC

Required Qualifications

5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a strong focus on architecture and technical leadership

Proven expertise with Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Field Service

Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Visualforce, and REST / SOAP API integrations

Experience with third-party integrations and middleware platforms

Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a remote setting and manage technical delivery across sprints

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect Track) are highly preferred

Additional Details

Candidates must be available for full-time engagement

A 4-hour minimum overlap with US Central Time is required

Flexibility in cloud / industry experience; strong technical depth is the priority

Open to candidates from LATAM and Philippines , with a preference for strong technical communicators
