Key Responsibilities
Help patients with questions and appointment scheduling
Greet patients and update their information
Verify insurance and handle basic paperwork
Communicate with doctors, nurses, and other staff
Keep patient information confidential
Handle patient concerns and provide good customer service
Collect payments or explain billing (if required)

Qualifications
Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
Must have work experience in any industry
High School Graduate (old curriculum) or higher
Good to excellent English communication skills
Must be willing to work onsite and start immediately
Compensation Package
Earn up to Php 20,000 per month
