Job descriptionMonitor the Onboarding Pipeline to ensure a seamless transition at every stage. Ensure staff have a clear understanding of contract terms at the start of each assignment. Collaborate with the Client Services team on the staff’s first day. Support the onboarding team as needed. Conduct first and third-month discussions with staff, providing support as necessary. Document and address staff concerns promptly and accurately. Respond to staff queries through the Staff Services Helpdesk. Monitor, review, and approve staff time logs for each assignment. Collaborate with the Client Services team to maintain the quality of service delivery. Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency. Stay informed on voluntary benefits available to independent contractors. Conduct offboarding discussions to ensure proper notification. Guide staff through the offboarding process and coordinate with the offboarding team. Assist with post-offboarding concerns. Assist in preparing and monitoring client-requested reports. Minimum of 2 years of experience in remote staff management, HR operations, or a related administrative role Demonstrated experience in end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes Proven ability to monitor staff time logs, conduct regular check-ins, and support employee engagement initiatives Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to documentation and follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when handling sensitive staff concerns Proficiency in workflow and project management tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Monday.com, etc.) Ability to recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness Experience supporting independent contractors or remote teams in a BPO or outsourcing setup Familiarity with client-facing collaboration and reporting tasks

Job Highlights
- Paid Hours per Week : 40 hours
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, this role requires flexibility to work one of the following shifts, based on business needs
- Work Arrangement : Work from home
- Contract : Independent Contractor. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection. You will be responsible for handling taxes and benefits independently.
