As a Panel Assistant, you will help manage the company’s online panel community by maintaining website operations, assisting panelists, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a digital operations environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Support panel management operations, including website and application activities.
Handle panelist inquiries, point exchanges, and account concerns through online platforms.
Document processes, update databases, and prepare regular reports.
Assist the VP for Global Panel & Partnership Development with panel management tasks.
Use internal tools for efficient panel and data operations.
Monitor panel performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with teams to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Participate in administrative tasks and team meetings.
Maintain a professional and responsive approach in all communications.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
Open to fresh graduates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Customer service-oriented with a positive and adaptable attitude.
Interest in web operations, blog management, or social media (SNS) administration is an advantage.
