The Role

What you’ll be doing

• Helping Employees Grow : Guide employees through their education options. Answer questions about courses, programs, and how to enroll. Whether they’re looking for an MBA, IT certification, or nursing program, you’ll help them find the right fit.
• Supporting Business Partners : Work with companies offering education benefits. Make sure they understand how our programs work and help them offer the right courses to their employees—whether that’s healthcare, tech, or business.
• Answering Questions & Solving Problems : Help learners and partners through chat, email, and phone. Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure they have a smooth experience.
• Tracking & Following Up : Log requests, assign them to the right teams, and make sure they get resolved quickly.
• HAVE FUN at our team-building events in Bangkok or Manila! We're talking about haunted houses, yoga, muay thai, painting, korean bbq, rooftop happy hours, dancing, and karaoke!
