Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist - Industrial to drive sales objectives for OFI Food Solutions' Industrial division. This role involves actively prospecting, generating new leads, conducting market research, developing penetration strategies, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Drive : Drive the achievement of sales objectives for OFI Food Solutions' Industrial division.
- Prospecting & Engagement : Actively prospect and generate new sales leads, visit clients, and deliver product presentations.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new trends and client opportunities.
- Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategies for effective market penetration and client acquisition.
- Upselling / Cross-selling : Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling OFI Food Solutions products.
- Client Feedback & Collaboration : Collect client feedback and collaborate with the Product Design team for improvements.
- Coordination : Coordinate with support teams for order processing, timely deliveries, and credit / collection.
- Training & Demos : Deliver product training sessions and demonstrations to clients.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Food Technology, Chemistry, or other related fields.Experience : At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field. Prior sales experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.Skills :Strong team player, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; excellent presentation skills.Mandarin and Fookien speaking ability is a plus to support client engagements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
