Sales and Marketing Manager - 5 yrs Experience in FMCG

Requirements :

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

 Proven experience (at least 5 years) in sales and marketing management, preferably in

manufacturing, FMCG, or packaging industries.

 Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

 Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and deliver measurable results.

 Knowledge of PET products or packaging industry is an advantage.

 Highly motivated, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team.

Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients.

Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.

Analyze sales data and marketing metrics for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to align business objectives.

Present regular reports on performance to senior management.
