Overview

Position : IT and ERP Administrator (Managerial Level). Job Types : Full-time, Permanent. Pay : Up to Php50,000.00 per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of NetSuite modules to meet business needs.
• Customize and optimize NetSuite workflows, scripts, and forms to enhance system efficiency.
• System Integration :

Integrate NetSuite ERP with other business applications for seamless data flow.

Oversee customization and development projects to ensure smooth integration of tailored solutions.

Administer the NetSuite platform, ensuring network security , data integrity , and system stability .

Research and propose cost-effective technical solutions to business challenges.

Create and update documentation for NetSuite processes.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data mapping , cleansing , migration , and related activities.

Oversee larger projects related to system enhancements , integrations , and process improvements .

Administer and optimize other company platforms such as WooCommerce , Slack , Monday.com , Messaging Platforms , and WordPress .
