Job descriptionSenior High School graduate or College level (any field). Experience in online selling, customer service, or social media moderation is a requirement. Familiar with live-selling platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Knowledgeable in using Open Broadcasting Software (OBS). Fast typing skills and keen attention to detail. Good communication and multitasking abilities. Willing to be assigned and work onsite in Quezon City.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive live moderator to join our team. As a live moderator, you will ensure smooth and interactive live streaming sessions by monitoring chat, assisting the live host, and maintaining a positive online environment. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in real-time.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor live chat during streaming sessions to ensure a positive and safe environment.
- Assist the Live Host by managing viewer interactions, highlighting questions, and coordinating promotions.
- Remove inappropriate or disruptive comments promptly.
- Engage with viewers to encourage interaction and participation.
- Track performance metrics and provide feedback for improving live sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan live show activities.
