They should have expertise in accounts payable, disbursements, inventory management, reporting, and business analysis.

In this role, the Finance Specialist will focus on maintaining accurate financial transactions, optimizing cash flow, and managing inventory effectively.

Your duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to : Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, payments, and resolving vendor issues.

Issue invoices, monitor payment status, handle collections, and reconcile outstanding accounts.

Ensure cash flow management, timely payments, and regular financial forecasting.

Track inventory levels, ensure adequate stock, collaborate on management strategies, and perform audits to resolve discrepancies.

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.

Conduct financial analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Maintain up-to-date financial records and perform daily bookkeeping duties.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or any related course.

At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Working knowledge and experience in using various accounting tools, systems, or software.

Experience working in a shared service set up is an advantage.

Must be amenable to work in Makati City.
