We’re looking for an Production Manager (Creative Agency) to help run the day-to-day of a fast-scaling creative production company. You’ll oversee photo and video projects, manage timelines and vendors, and create lightweight systems to keep client deliverables on track.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in creative environments but operates with precision and calm. You’ll be Duncan’s operational extension across partner productions—keeping everything moving smoothly between ideas, teams, and clients.

What You’ll Work On
Production Operations
Set up and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for photo and video shootsStand up basic operational systems where needed—tracking progress, budgets, and communicationManage vendor and freelancer coordination : sourcing, booking, and payment trackingOversee day-to-day production logistics, ensuring timely client deliveryProject Management
Create checklists, templates, and lightweight SOPs for repeatable project flowsCoordinate directly with clients and partners to communicate status, next steps, and deliverablesEnsure projects stay within scope and timelines are met without sacrificing qualityMaintain visibility on multiple projects and anticipate potential blockersClient & Vendor Coordination
Balance client empathy with clear communication to set and manage expectationsSupport invoicing, expense tracking, and payment processing for vendors and partnersServe as the bridge between creative leads, production teams, and clientsWhat You Bring
3–5+ years of experience in project management or production operations (creative agency preferred)Background in video or photo production strongly preferredStrong communication skills and the ability to operate with minimal directionExcellent time management and attention to detailProficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, or ClickUpExperience managing budgets, vendors, and deliverables across multiple projectsNice to Have
