Job Requirements :

Bachelors Degree in any related course.

With at least 6 months - 1 year of experience in PEZA Visa processing, Government benefits, Payroll and recruitment.

Amendable to attend face to face interview.

Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities :

Coordinate with external medical providers and the company's HMO for more complex cases.

Assess employee health status after sick leave and manage medical records confidentially.

Maintain and update employee records and files.

Orienting new hires and providing ongoing training and development opportunities to foster employee growth.

Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and benefits enrollment.
