Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday (Saturday - half day)
Location : Brgy. Niugan, Angat, Bulacan
This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing job advertisements, and proactively sourcing candidates to build a strong talent pipeline. Additionally, it involves screening resumes, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and providing administrative support to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate interview schedules and meetings between candidates and recruiters, ensuring all parties are informed of details.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and manage job advertisements on platforms like job boards and social media.
- Source candidates proactively through databases, professional networks, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), providing timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS :
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.Strong attention to detail, accuracy in managing records.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.Logistics or trucking industry experience is preferred.
