Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Previous work experience as Accounting Manager and Finance Manager for 10 years.

Strong understanding in finance, accounting and management principles.

Certified Public Accountant is an advantage

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (experience with other financial systems- SAP).

Job Description

Manage and oversee the general accounting functions.

Develops and maintains strategies that minimize financial risk.

Help with monthly, quarterly and annually financial activities and corporate financial control audit.

Master in handling Inventory, Financial, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.

Supervise the general ledger accounting functions.

Work with internal and external auditors to ensure the correct and timely closing and year-end report.

Ensures compliance with accounting policies and regulatory compliance.

Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.

Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders.

Ensures companies' financial wellbeing by tracking revenue and expenses, consolidating and analyzing financial data, preparing special reports, maintaining internal controls and other best practices, and reporting activity to internal and external customers.

Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.

Create financial reports based on data analysis

Prepares strategic planning and annual budget of the Accounting Department.

Performs other functions delegated by the President , Board of Directors and Consultant / s.
