An online sales associate assists customers and drives sales through digital channels like email, chat, and social media. Key responsibilities include managing online sales platforms, answering product inquiries, processing orders, and handling customer issues or returns. They must also possess strong communication skills and product knowledge, and may be involved in tracking sales, preparing reports, and collaborating with marketing teams.

Qualifications :

• Experience in Sales is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to generate and engage B2B leads via Facebook Tiktok, WhatsApp or Viber ,
• Provide responsive and professional customer support via Email, Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and other communication channels.
• Answer product inquiries, assist with purchases, and process orders.
• Manage online sales platforms
