Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm

Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences

Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets

Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor

Stay updated on product features, promotions, and inventory

Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly

Support team members and collaborate on store goals.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior retail or sales experience is a plus (not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math and computer skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
