Job descriptionCost estimating and budgeting Quality assurance and inspection Repairs & maintenance Facility upkeep and utilities oversight Contract negotiation and vendor management Regulatory and compliance knowledge Cross‑functional support to operating companies Conduct actual site visits to supervise the work in projects Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino Home base : Multi‑Line Head Office in Quezon City Manage daily operations of facilities and properties Coordinate maintenance and repair activities Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements Develop and manage facility budgets Conduct regular property inspections Implement preventive maintenance programs Handle tenant relations and lease administration Prepare reports on facility status and operations Plan and execute emergency response procedures

Salary : ₱60,000.00-₱65,000.00
