Job Requirements :

✨ Bachelor’s degree in any field (Open to undergraduates)

✨ At least 1 year of sales experience

✨ Real estate experience is a strong advantage

✨ Amenable to start immediately

✨ Willing to attend face-to-face interviews in Binondo, Manila

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Represent clients in property negotiations to achieve the best terms and agreements

✨Market properties through online listings, advertisements, and open house events

✨Present and promote property features to prospective buyers effectively

✨Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process

✨Handle administrative and marketing tasks, including listing updates and sales documentation
