Position Title : Sales Assistant

Work Set-up : Work from Home

Schedule : 12 : 00 AM to 9 : 00 AM PHT

Salary : Php 40,000 – Php 50,000

We are looking for an Admin Support professional who will report directly to the Operations Manager. This person will be responsible for tasks of various complexities related to business operations at a very busy engineering firm. This role is ideal for a proactive, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills who is interested in contributing to a company that prioritizes environmental sustainability and community welfare.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES ASSISTANT

Responsibilities as a Sales Assistant :

Sales

• Attend sales meetings and take notes.
• Update sales leads in Asana and post meeting notes.
• Schedule sales meetings using Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
• Manage sales leads and the process
• Monitor and redistribute sales leads

Miscellaneous
