HR Generalist

Qualifications and Job Description :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• With experience in manufacturing
• Strong working knowledge of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.) and payroll processing
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all employee benefits and statutory contributions.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with HRIS or payroll systems
• Keen to details and highly organized
