MEPFS Engineer

Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering. License in Electrical or Mechanical

Experience Level : 1-3 years of experience in MEPF design, installation, and maintenance

Skills and Competencies : Proficient in CAD software, strong understanding of building codes, expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

Working Conditions : Office and construction site environments, potential for exposure to varying weather conditions, must adhere to safety protocols

Duties & Responsibilities :

Analyze mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) system designs for commercial and residential buildings.

Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and local building codes.

Collaborate with contractors and project managers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.

Maintain logs, compile reports, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
