We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated Trade & Consumer Marketing across ASEAN, NZ, and AU—elevating in-store execution and route-to-market while building consumer demand through digital-first, AI-enabled brand campaigns.

Role Purpose :

Own the end-to-end go-to-market engine—from shopper conversion at retail and distributor channels to consumer awareness, consideration, and loyalty. You will integrate trade programs, events / partnerships, channel activations, and consumer brand marketing (digital, social, content, influencers, CRM) to deliver growth, market share, and ROI.

• Reports to :   Marketing Director
• Key partners : Regional Sales Leads, E-commerce & Marketplace Teams, Brand / Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Country / Distributor partners.
