Service Operation Specialist

The Service Operation Specialist will support the team in handling daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and accurate service delivery. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career in operations and financial services. You will assist in data processing, preparing basic reports, coordinating with other departments, and helping maintain efficient workflow within the team.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or any related business course (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in handling financial and operational data.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts, reporting, and service operations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in data entry and documentation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work onsite and can start immediately.
