Operational experience with Microsoft Teams for daily coordination. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA compliance and PHI confidentiality. Authorized to work remotely with full 6 : 30 AM–3 : 30 PM PST availability. We’re seeking a Remote Medical / Dental Billing Specialist to manage daily reconciliation and data accuracy across multiple healthcare practices. You’ll work directly with leadership and two partner vendors to ensure clean billing, verified schedules, and reliable reporting. This role requires analytical rigor, consistency under time pressure, and a commitment to data integrity that drives real business results.
Core Outcomes :
- Verify staff schedules, attendance, and billing data for accuracy and completeness each day.
- Reconcile anesthesia and chiropractic billing entries, ensuring
- Submit validated billing reports to third-party partners on time, every time.
- Maintain complete digital audit trails and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
- Communicate billing status and exceptions clearly to management.
