About the Role
The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that expand the company’s footprint across B2B and institutional channels. The role involves leading a team of sales professionals, building key partnerships, and ensuring the achievement of business targets through effective planning, execution, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Develop and implement strategies for B2B and institutional account acquisition and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and decision-makers.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on business objectives.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Establish sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 8–10 years of progressive sales experience, including B2B and institutional sales.
Proven experience as a people manager leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capabilities.
