We are looking for a Operations Director who is responsible for develops and implements strategic plans, optimizes internal processes, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Overall Operations Strategy
- Take full responsibility for the app’s daily operations, growth, and profitability in the Philippine market.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term operational strategies, focusing on user growth, retention, and monetization.
- Continuously improve pricing structure, service offerings, and promotional mechanisms based on user feedback and data insights.
2. User Growth & Market Expansion
Design and execute acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns targeting key user segments.Analyze user behavior and market trends to localize operational strategies for different regions in the Philippines.Lead partnership initiatives with influencers, local brands, and offline wellness providers to enhance brand visibility.3. Campaign & Content Management
Plan and execute promotional campaigns such as festival offers, referral programs, and loyalty systems.Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver engaging in-app content, pop‑ups, and notifications.Build a strong content ecosystem—stories, reviews, and educational content—to strengthen user engagement.4. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
Monitor and interpret key metrics such as retention rate, order conversion, and GMV.Generate analytical reports, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable improvements.Use data to drive operational decisions and increase LTV (Lifetime Value) per user.5. Team Leadership & Cross-Department Coordination
Build and lead the local operations team (including marketing, customer service, and therapist management).Coordinate with product, tech, design, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.Establish SOPs and ensure operational efficiency and high-quality user experiences.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.At least 3 years of experience in mobile app or online platform operations, preferably in local services (massage, beauty, delivery, etc.).Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); understanding of Filipino or Tagalog is a plus.Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.Passion for the wellness and lifestyle industry, with a deep understanding user and service quality.Must be willing to work on-site in Manila and adapt to fast-paced, startup-style environments.Compensation & Benefits
