We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can run targeted outbound campaigns, build qualified pipeline, and open conversations for a complex B2B services environment. This role is for someone who is confident on the phone, sharp in written communication, and skilled at guiding prospects from initial outreach to warm opportunity.
You’ll manage multichannel outreach, strategic follow-ups, and CRM-driven reporting while operating in a fast-paced, metrics-focused sales environment. If you enjoy connecting with people, uncovering needs, and driving momentum, this role is a strong fit.

Lead Generation and Qualification
Identify, research, and qualify prospects for complex B2B service offeringsRun multichannel outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phonePersonalize messaging to improve engagement and conversionMaintain organized, accurate activity logs in the CRMRelationship Building and Communication

Track metrics across outreach volume, reply rates, qualification rates, and pipeline createdShare insights regarding objections, lead quality, and messaging performanceContinuously test new outreach angles, cadences, and communication stylesMaintain disciplined, consistent documentation of all prospect activityWhat You Bring
2 to 4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business developmentProven track record generating and qualifying leads for consultative or complex servicesStrong communicator with excellent English skills across email, phone, and LinkedInSkilled in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and CRM-based pipeline managementHighly organized, detail-driven, and motivated by performance metricsComfortable in fast-moving environments where experimentation and iteration are expectedNice to Have
