This role is responsible for managing and processing retirement plan transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with plan rules and regulations. You’ll also play a key role in handling client inquiries, coordinating with partners, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and manage retirement plan transactions accurately and within established timelines.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely, professional resolutions.
• Review and validate participant data to ensure compliance with retirement plan rules and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for issue resolution and account updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold data privacy standards at all times.
• Participate in process improvements and share best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
