Staff Nurse

QUALIFICATIONS

• A holder of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree.
• A Registered Nurse (RN) with active license.
• A Certified IV Therapist, BLS and ACLS Provider and other trainings related to nursing specialty.
• Should have at least 6 months to 1 year clinical experience or without professional experience as staff nurse but with trainings equivalent to -clinical field of expertise. But fresh board passers with or without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must be eager to learn and willing to be trained.
• Should have exceptional critical thinking skills and good bedside manners.
• Should observe good organizational skills when performing activities and errands in a planned manner.
• Should possess proper stress management skills when handling stressful situations and the ability to work under pressure.
• Should demonstrate great passion for continuous training and professional development.
