Job Description : Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our end-to-end hiring process. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates—particularly those who are qualified and ready to transition into remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen and evaluate applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure applicant fit.
- Follow up with applicants promptly and maintain consistent communication.
- Utilize Apploi and our in-house recruitment system to track candidates and manage the hiring pipeline.
- Source talents across multiple platforms and identify individuals suited for remote work setups.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment reports.
Requirements
Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Apploi (preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess candidate qualifications quickly and accurately.Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.Comfortable working in a remote environment.
