About the Role
The HR Assistant (OJT) will support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and HR-related tasks. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms
Help screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in preparing HR documents (e.g., contract templates, memos, reports)
Support the onboarding process of new hires (preparing folders, collecting requirements, etc.)
Help organize HR-related activities such as orientations, trainings, and company events
Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents
Perform other HR tasks as may be assigned by the HR team
Qualifications
Strong interest in Human Resources and people operations
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Can work on-site at Clark, Pampanga
