Social Media Specialist (RVA)

Overview

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. This role will focus on Google Ads and Instagram , with responsibilities covering content creation, posting, community management, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in delivering engaging content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram and other social platforms.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, responding to messages and comments, and community engagement.
• Develop and run Google Ads campaigns , including keyword research, ad creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Monitor social media analytics and ad performance to adjust strategies and improve results.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing objectives and campaigns.
