Job description

Key responsibilities include :

Overseeing the creation, accuracy, and validation of reports and data visualization tools.
Managing reports related to operational, financial, and sales performance.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.
Collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as People Operations, IT, finance, and business units.

Job Qualifications for Reports Analyst Lead

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field

At least 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst

Advanced Excel skills : knowledge of SQL, VBA, or BI platforms preferred

Experience with Talent Acquisition tools or system (ATS, HRIS or other recruitment tools)

Skilled in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
