Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing specific information technology projects related to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of systems and applications.
• Adherence to established project management methodologies, policies, standards and procedures.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for IT projects.
• Execute project activities, monitor progress, and manage the project timeline to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track project budget and manage expenditures to stay within allocated funds.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Oversee testing phases (e.g., system, integration, user acceptance) to ensure solutions meet requirements and are defect‑free.
• Ensure all project activities and deliverables comply with relevant RCBC and RBSC policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
