Job Description
- Answering customer inquiries and following up with customers about their order status.
- Assisting with troubleshooting for client orders, account statuses, and pertinent issues
- Keeping up with sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.
- Creating and processing orders promptly, and handling order requests
- Setting sales objectives and KPIs.
- Checking pending orders and customer requests to ensure they meet the client's satisfaction.
- Following up on closures, payments, and grievance resolution.
- Performing data entry tasks for metrics, sales statistics, and other pertinent information.
- Maintaining an organized and accessible file system for sales and administrative professionals.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or an associate's degree in a relevant field.Prior experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate.Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems.Proficiency with MS Office Suite.Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.We encourage you to apply even if you don't check all the boxes!
