Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market
research.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through active lead generation efforts.Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges, goals, and solution requirements.2. Sales Execution
Present and sell software solutions to prospective customers using a consultative approach.Conduct product demos in coordination with technical / pre-sales teams.Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations tailored to customer needs.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.3. Customer Relationship Management
Build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights on product features, best practices, and industrytrends.
Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high satisfaction.Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing to support campaign execution and lead nurturing.Partner with technical, pre-sales, and engineering teams to deliver accurate solutions tocustomers.
Collaborate with finance and legal teams to finalize pricing, contracts, and compliancerequirements.
