Quality Control (QC) Manager

Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies, procedures, and standards.

Supervise QC inspectors and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee product inspections, testing, and audits.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and customer requirements.

Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions.

Required Skills :

Bachelors degree required; Engineering (Textile, Industrial, Chemical) is a plus

7+ years of QC / QA experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting

Experience managing large QC teams with hands-on systems / process ownership

Super strong attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through

Top academic background

Clear communicator with assertive, type-A leadership style

Amenable to work on-site in Dasmarinas, Cavite

This position will be working with material science and textile manufacturing company.

Working Set-up : Onsite

Mondays to Fridays.
