JOB REQUIREMENTS :

✨ Bachelor’s degree holder

✨ With at least 1-2 years of experience in billing (order to cash)

✨ Amenable to attend interviews

✨ Willing to work on a Hybrid Set up

✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨ Managed full-cycle Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established financial procedures.

✨ Prepared and issued customer invoices based on completed orders, verifying data accuracy and promptly resolving discrepancies.

✨ Ensured timely and accurate delivery of invoices to clients to facilitate smooth payment processing.

✨ Participated in monthly Accounts Receivable meetings to review On-Account and Suspense Account transactions, providing updates and insights on outstanding items.

✨ Reviewed and updated Desktop Procedures (DTP) regularly to ensure alignment with current operational standards and best practices.

✨ Performed additional accounting-related tasks as assigned.
