- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock audits to maintain optimal product availability.
- Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing training and support to achieve sales targets.
- Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor financial performance, preparing reports to identify areas for improvement.
