We are currently seeking a motivated Executive Assistant to join our team in the Philippines.

Role Overview The ideal Corporate Recruiter is an effective team collaborator, problem solver, improvement guru, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service every day to the organization.

Delivery of high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.

You will work closely with our CEO & Executive Team to understand our company's specific needs and help us build a tremendous team.

A day in the life…  Sourcing and reviewing new candidates for the company's needs Identify qualified candidates profiles using professional network e.g LinkedIN Build a candidate pipeline in accordance with the job description.

Update and maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all active and passive candidates database in Google sheet and Applicant Tracking System Create boolean search to LinkedIN and Google Xray Willingness to learn continuously Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs & Sheets)  Verbal and written communication skills Good time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Desire to learn about recruiting best practices Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated with desire to contribute to overall team success Powered by JazzHR
