Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Information Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field; professional certifications such as APM IM or membership with the Association of Information Managers are highly preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing Information Management functions across multiple projects or large-scale programs. Expert knowledge of information architecture, including naming conventions, document numbering, structured filing systems, and compliance with ISO 19650 standards. Proven track record in developing and implementing IM strategies, standards, and processes for client-facing projects and internal programs. Hands-on expertise with key IM platforms and software such as Aconex, ViewPoint, and Business Collaborator, with the ability to provide technical guidance and training. Strong experience in quality assurance, documentation control, and supporting bid / tender processes with tailored IM solutions. Skilled in managing teams, coaching professionals, and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Information and Document Manager to lead the Information Management (IM) function across key client projects and internal programs. In this strategic role, you will define and implement IM strategies, standards, and processes, including compliance with ISO 19650, while ensuring effective quality control and assurance of project documentation. You will lead the establishment of IM functions at the program level, provide expert technical guidance, and contribute to global initiatives through the Digital Centre of Excellence. This role also plays a key part in supporting tenders by developing robust IM solutions and strategies. As a team leader, you will manage, coach, and develop IM professionals, drive performance toward key objectives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
