This is a remote position.

Job Highlights

Contract : Independent Contractor

Schedule :   Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Client Timezone :   Phoenix, AZ time

Responsibilities

1. Operational Audit & Strategic Roadmap

• Conduct a deep dive into all core departments and workflows to :
• Map existing structures, hand offs, and communication flows.
• Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, and dependency bottlenecks.
• Create a prioritized roadmap for systematization and process improvement.

They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Requirements

Requirements : Strong experience using Monday.com — able to organize, clean up, and maintain boards, dashboards, and automations. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify missing or incorrect data. Good understanding of project workflows and how to structure information clearly. Able to document processes and create simple guides or SOPs for team use. Strong communication skills — can work with different departments to gather accurate information. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Basic knowledge of other tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and Zapier is a plus. Prior experience in project coordination, data management, or operations support preferred.
