JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs semi-skilled work in the National Resource and Logistics Management Bureau (NRLMB) and does other related work.
Functions and Responsibilities :
1. In charge of managing inventory in the assigned warehouse but not limited to receipt of goods upon delivery;
2. Conducts regular inspection of warehouse and initiates needed upkeep and maintenance;
3. Ensures standard operating procedures are being implemented;
4. Monitors inventory, prepares reports, and acts on inventory items nearing end date of warranty period / product expiration;
5. Conducts perpetual inventory count and reconciles balances;
6. Assists in the repacking and pre-work activities of relief goods for stockpile and augmentation;
7. Maintains updated records of inventory including the reports on defective, damaged, or missing goods;
8. Files records that support daily transactions at the assigned warehouse; and
9. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

4. Incident Report (inside the respective warehouses);
5. Updated Bin Cards and Locator Boards;
6. Other Administrative Report.
